On behalf of the Advisory Board and Trustee for the Housing Affordability Trust, we are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for affordable housing projects and programs.

 

For over a decade, the Jefferson County Housing Authority and Navigate Affordable Housing Partners have acted as HUD’s Performance Based Contract Administrator in Alabama, Connecticut, Mississippi, and Virginia.

 

The Housing Affordability Trust was born out of this joint venture. The two boards created the Trust, using profits, with the intent of establishing a means of making funds available to qualified entities for affordable housing programs and related services. As a result, the Trust has been able to effectively deploy its resources and establish a legacy of improving communities and helping families.

 

This is an online application process, and the deadline to apply is Friday, May 10th 2019 at 4:00 PM CST.
